Does Estura take a percentage of my sales?
Never. You pay one flat price per till and keep 100% of every sale. You bring your own card processor, so card fees stay between you and them.
What happens if my internet goes down?
You keep selling. Ringing sales, receipts, the cash drawer and reports all run on your own till, so they work with no internet. Your subscription re-checks online in the background when you reconnect — it only pauses new sales if the till stays offline for 30 days straight.
Do I need to buy new hardware?
Almost never. Estura runs on a standard Windows touchscreen PC and works with the receipt printer, scanner and cash drawer you likely already have. Keep your existing card terminal and processor, too — Estura doesn't replace it.
What does it cost for more than one till?
$94.99/mo for the first till, and every till costs less as you add more — down to $75.99/mo each at five. Pay annually and save another 10%. One key activates them all.
