You pay per till — nothing more

The math is simple on purpose: count the registers you ring sales on. Each one is a $94.99 CAD subscription, and that single price unlocks every feature on that till.

Most corner stores run a single till. Add a second only when you open a second lane — cancel it just as easily if you close one.

No percentage of sales

Estura never takes a cut of what you ring up. Sell $500 or $5,000 in a day — the price is exactly the same.

No per-user fees

Add as many cashiers, managers and staff logins as you need. Users, roles and permissions are all part of the one price.

Phone companion included

The from-home phone view comes with your till at no extra charge — it isn't a separate subscription.

What happens if my internet drops?
Nothing stops. Estura runs on the till itself, so every sale, receipt and drawer-open keeps working offline. Your subscription is verified with a short-lived key that stays valid offline, backed by a 30-day grace window — so a dropped connection, or even a billing hiccup, never locks you out mid-shift. When you're back online, licensing quietly re-checks in the background.
Can I prepay for the year?
The listed plan is billed monthly at $94.99 CAD per till, so there's nothing to commit to up front. If you'd rather pay a year at once — for a single invoice or to simplify your books — email [email protected] and we'll set up annual billing for your store.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel whenever you like and your subscription simply runs to the end of the month you've already paid for — no clawback, no penalty. Closing a second lane? Cancel just that till and keep the other running.
What's your refund policy?
Because you can download Estura and try the whole thing before you commit, we bill month to month rather than offering refunds on a period already used. If something goes wrong or you were charged in error, email [email protected] — a real person will make it right.
Are there setup fees or hidden extras?
None. There's no onboarding fee, no per-transaction cut, and no per-feature upsell — the $94.99 per till is the whole price. The only cost outside Estura is what your card processor charges you directly, which you keep and control since you bring your own.
How do I add or remove a till?
Adding a lane is just another subscription: subscribe again to get a second licence key, then activate it on the second register. Removing one is a single cancellation. Each till bills independently, so you're only ever paying for the registers you actually run.
