How much is it, really?
$94.99 CAD a month for one till — every feature included, no cut of your sales, no software setup fee. Pay for the year up front and you save 10% (that's $85.49 a month). Running more than one lane? Each extra till costs a little less, and the rate applies to every till on your account. Set your number of tills and Monthly or Annual in the price card above — the total you see is exactly what you're charged.
What happens if my internet drops?
Nothing stops — you keep selling. Estura runs on the till itself, so every sale, receipt and drawer-open works with no internet. A short-lived pass keeps the till licensed offline and re-checks in the background whenever you're connected; only a full 30 days with no connection would pause new sales — so a dropped connection, or even a billing hiccup, never locks you out mid-shift.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. On monthly billing your plan simply runs to the end of the month you've already paid for — no clawback, no penalty. Closing a second lane? Cancel just that till and keep the other running.
What's your refund policy?
Because you can download Estura and try the whole thing before you commit, monthly plans bill month to month, with no refund on a period you've already used. Annual plans are prepaid for the 12-month term — cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current year. Either way, if something goes wrong or you were charged in error, email [email protected] — a real person will make it right.
Are there setup fees or hidden extras?
None. There's no onboarding fee, no per-transaction cut, and no per-feature upsell — the $94.99 per till is the whole price (less at volume). The only cost outside Estura is what your card processor charges you directly, which you keep and control since you bring your own.
How do I add or remove a till?
Pick how many tills you need at checkout — one Estura account covers all of them, and each till just signs in with your account the first time you set it up. To change the number later, open Manage subscription in the app's Subscription settings (or email [email protected]) and we'll adjust the count and the rate. You only ever pay for the tills you actually run.
